This started in the mirror.

I used to help women to find their center on the yoga mat. Now I help them carry it everywhere.

As a yoga instructor, I watched brilliant women set powerful intentions in class — only to lose them the moment life got loud again. ADHD, anxiety, the mental marathon we all run… I get it, because I live it too.

After my own journey through divorce, healing, plant medicine, and learning to love myself through the chaos, I realized we needed something simpler. Something that doesn’t require remembering to meditate, journal, or breathe. Something that just… is.

Because the truth is, I couldn’t always bring myself to do the daily work. Some days felt impossible. And then another day would pass. What I needed was something that met me in real life. Something that could ground me. Bring me back into my body. A quiet reminder that I was okay.

And then I had my daughter. And something about that moment made everything make sense. I didn’t need to be perfect. But I did want to show up differently. For her. And for myself.

Reflektees came from that.

They aren’t just clothes. They’re the gentle hand on your shoulder when everything feels like too much. The reminder you forgot you needed. The intention that travels with you — from yoga class, to boardroom, to grocery store meltdown.

If you’ve ever felt alone in your beautiful, messy, overwhelming mind — you’re not. These are for the moments in between. The ones that actually shape your life.

Wear it. See it. Believe it.
